Biscuits and Gravy oh my!

What can you say about biscuits and gravy that hasn't already been said? One of the best comfort foods one could enjoy. Of the many awesome, fantastic meals we had growing up on the regular. 

Unfortunately there are way too many instances where some of my friends, when they travel, they always find the worst biscuits and gravy somehow, some way and how they miss the one I make. Its sort of become a game. Most of the time items its motels and hotels being the main culprits for the horrible find. Starting from scratch on the biscuits and using pork sausage with some bacon drippings in the homemade gravy, you cannot lose.

Undrstanding the basics of making an awesome gravy really help out! Honestly I had a hard time at first with this recipe. But of course practice makes perfect so finally, here we are. My family cannot get enough! Cheers!
