Hello everyone and welcome to my new food blog.
I have been in there service industry for well over 25 years. Everything from dishwashing to kitchen management, server, flair bartender, you name it I've done it! I've created this blog to help share what I've learned in my many years of service industry overall, not just in the kitchen.
You really get know a lot of talented people and get to know a lot of sometimes unknown, tips and tricks. I have definitely enjoyed my time with any chef that I have got the pleasure of working with.
I also am one of those who love to take pictures of my creations for the world to see.
